Work
I've spent the bulk of my career working for YouGov, the international market research firm. Most of that time has been spent working as a product manager, and I'm currently a Lead PM in the innovation hub (YouGov Behavioral). I'm currently working on an ambitious data-driven product that seeks to unify billions of datapoints across several zero-party data sources to map out consumer journeys for media and agency clients looking to target their advertising more effectively. Our team works remotely, but I recently got to meet up with my two senior engineers on a trip to the Philippines which was great fun! (pic above).
I'm also the Founder of YouGov PQS, our valuation and audience insights solution for the product placement industry. PQS's clients include major streaming platforms, Fortune500 companies, and several major household brands. I worked on PQS for a few years and it was amazing to transform the thinking and understanding of a multi-billion dollar industry and to play a thought leadership role in that community. Fun fact - if you Google "how do you value a product placement?", Google will actually return you my answer to that question! We also went viral for some data we published around Stranger Things Season 4 (pics above).
Prior to working in Product, I spent time both as a sports statistician at Squawka and as a sports analyst, working with major sporting events and rights holders. I also worked in the World Trade Center in New York, as an Investment Analyst in Corporate Finance for a brief spell at the start of my career.
